I know this is a little out of area.
I find it interesting that Yourbus of Nottingham have had to take the Orange fronts off the 36 branded buses, I believe it its due to NCT having a copyright on the colours of buses in Nottingham, or that it is believed Passengers could think a Yourbus 36 is a NCT Bus?

I can't imagine that Nottingham City Transport will have a copyright on colours - after all, they are using the same colours as trent barton, just on different routes.
What is more likely I would have thought is that NCT may have taken action against Dunn Motor Traction 'passing off' by using the same route number and livery frontage. It is notable how quickly yourbus have changed the livery, route number and vinyls, suggesting either they were anticipating the challenge or that the threat of legal action was immediate.

Must admit i was disapointed when seeing the 36 livery as "Your Bus" had apeared to be trying to become a brand on its own without coping anything else.
Good luck to them in Nottingham as i personally dont rate NCT very much from past experinces but do admit it has come a very long way from the poor days of everything in Green and having listened to a very informative talk by the MD i watch with interest
